Jointly Organised by Lions Club of Petaling Jaya & Leo Club of Petaling Jaya Integrity (Omega)

Venue: Subang Avenue ( next to Subang Jaya Carefour, you can stop at Subang Jaya KTM and walk over)

National Blood Bank ( 11am - 5pm)
Brief criteria for blood donation:
- age 18 to 60 (if you are 17, your parents will need to write a permission letter)
- 45kg and above
- have eaten before you donate
- slept 5 hours the night before

~Spinal Check-ups including:
-Scoliosis
-Hunch Back
-Uneven Shoulders
